Remote Deposition Technology Requirements - COVID-19 Secure Checklist

Remote Depositions require Additional Information in order to ensure they go off without a hitch.
Please fill this out to the best of your ability.
Our Remote Deposition experts will then be in touch to fill in any gaps and schedule a test the day before the deposition.

  • Remote Deposition for all parties
    • WAIVING FEE
    • Each party would be responsible for any applicable long distance charges (if any), none of which goes to JWH
  • Remote Deposition and/or Hybrid (ie, Phone and Video)
    • All parties MUST fill out and complete this JWH Remote Deposition Checklist
    • WAIVING FEE
      • If the prior day test with all parties participating at the same time takes less than 1 hour
    • $80/hr for the test itself
      • If the prior day test with all parties participating at the same time takes longer than 1 hour
    • $80/hr for the test if parties require individual testing for time spent over 1 hour in the aggregate
    • Usual Transcript and Video Recording (if applicable) fees still apply
